Os Nossos Campeões [Our Champions] is a SIC Notícias project executed in partnership with Novo Banco, designed to discover entrepreneurs, creators, industrialists and employers across the country.

This initiative has travelled around the country over the past two years, bringing together entrepreneurs in regions including Aveiro, Leiria, Faro, Porto and many others.

José Cid

José Cid was one of the personalities featured in the Os Nossos Campeões initiative. The Portuguese singer’s success story – who recorded a piece of work at his home studio that earned him a Latin Grammy – took the stage at Europarque in Santa Maria da Feira at the project summit held in Aveiro to choose the most outstanding figures in different regions of Portugal.
