ABANCA IN: WHEN TALKING ABOUT MONEY IS ALSO ABOUT THE FUTURE

How much does playing it safe cost? That’s the question behind the first episode of ABANCA IN – Investimento Inteligente, ABANCA’s new podcast created in partnership with Grupo IMPRESA and hosted by José Maria Pimentel.

Across six episodes, the project explores how we think about money, investing and the decisions we make to build our financial future, starting with questions that matter in everyday life.

In the first episode, Bárbara Barroso joins José Maria Pimentel to discuss the relationship between saving, investing and risk. Starting from the idea that playing it safe doesn’t always mean making the safest decision, the conversation explores loss aversion, market volatility and the way emotions can influence our financial choices.

The series takes this approach to other aspects of wealth building, including real estate investment, passing wealth on to children, planning for the future and responsible investing.

Rather than simply explaining financial concepts, ABANCA IN seeks to raise the questions behind our decisions. Because investing isn’t just about choosing where to put your money. It’s also about deciding what you want to do with it and what kind of future you want to build.

With this project, Atelier IMPRESA transforms a subject traditionally associated with banking into an editorial format designed to encourage reflection and connect with audiences, bringing together content, storytelling and expertise.
